We will give at least thirty (30) days' notice by email before the beta ends and any billing begins.

When billing begins, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle issues the invoice or receipt and handles payment-related enquiries, and the charge appears on your statement as Paddle or Paddle.net. Applicable VAT, GST and sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. Moat8 never receives or stores your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from within the app or through the link in any Paddle receipt; your subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.

Setup, custom connectors for your internal tools and agent buildout are delivered by the Moat8 team under a separate statement of work, billed on milestones and quoted per engagement. They are not part of the subscription price above — tell us what you run on.
