ABOUT THE LIBRARY
How these workflow guides are made
Practical, anonymized recipes for evaluating where AI could help with recurring business work.
What a workflow represents
Plays turns publicly described methods, templates and examples into editorial guides. The library describes possible implementations. It does not present them as independently tested deployments, customer endorsements or guaranteed results.
A consistent format
Each guide specifies the business activity, the inputs, the expected deliverable, implementation steps, checkpoints, failure modes and a bounded pilot. A downloadable SKILL.md carries the instructions into a compatible assistant such as Claude Code or Codex. Access to the required tools and data still needs to be configured by the user.
How source material is handled
Original research is retained in a private source archive. Public guides remove the names of source participants and businesses, omit sensitive material and separate source mechanisms from editorial adaptations. Repeated ideas are consolidated or used to improve an existing workflow. The private research archive is not published or included in assistant context.
Examples and evidence
Worked examples are synthetic unless explicitly stated otherwise. Proposed metrics are measurements to establish during a pilot, not reported savings. Named tools illustrate individual capabilities and do not imply a tested integration stack. A public website cannot establish how a business operates internally.
The AI guide
The assistant recommends workflows from this library. When you supply a company website, it may read a limited number of public pages from that website. Your messages and retrieved text are sent to NVIDIA to generate a reply. The assistant cannot install skills, send messages or change your systems. Share general context rather than confidential information.
Your saved work
Saved workflows and selected activities are stored in this browser. Chat messages and the selected company website stay in this tab and are cleared on reload or when you start a new conversation. The server does not store conversations. Operational logs record outcomes and limits without recording messages or retrieved page text.
Measurement and privacy
If you allow analytics, Plays sends page views and selected actions to PostHog in the EU. Random visitor and session identifiers stored in your browser connect these events. Your choice and visitor identifier expire after up to 90 days; sessions restart after 30 minutes of inactivity or 24 hours. Analytics uses local storage without analytics cookies, person profiles or session recordings. Chat messages, search text, company URLs, full referrers and visitor IP addresses are not sent to PostHog. You can decline or withdraw through Analytics settings; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep analytics off. A click is not a confirmed download, signup or completed pilot.
Choose a first pilot
- Choose one recurring process with a named owner and a clear output.
- Confirm access to the necessary data and review a representative sample.
- Compare the assisted workflow with your existing baseline, including review and correction time.
- Keep a person responsible for consequential decisions and stop if the agreed checks fail.
