Mate — Privacy Notice

This notice covers requests for early access to Mate made on moat8.space. Moat8 LLC, 30 N. Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, decides how this data is used and is responsible for it. Mate is available by invitation and is a separate product from Moat8 Data Vault: the Moat8 Data Vault Privacy Policy covers the Vault application and the accounts connected to it, and analytics on this site's public pages, the Mate page included, is described in its Section 10.
What we collect
When you request early access, we collect the email address you enter and, if you give them, your name and company name, together with the time of your request.
How a request is handled
The request is received by the lead system that also handles enquiries made on moat8.ai. It records the request in our customer-relationship records, kept in Google Sheets and Notion, and notifies our team in a private Telegram chat. To limit abuse, the site passes your IP address with the request; it is used only to count requests per address over a short window and is not stored with your request. Requesting early access sets no cookie and does not depend on your analytics choice.
How we use it
We use these details only to contact you about Mate. They are not used for advertising, not sold, and not combined with content from accounts connected to Moat8 Data Vault.
For visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we process these details to take the steps you asked for before any contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): answering your request for access to Mate.

We do not sell these details or share them with anyone else for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your request while Mate early access runs. We delete it within thirty (30) days after you ask us to remove it, and otherwise once Mate has been offered to you.
Your choices and rights
To remove your request, or to ask what we hold about you, write to support@moat8.space from the email address you used. Removing a request deletes it from Google Sheets, Notion and the Telegram chat. The rights described in Section 13 of the Privacy Policy, including the right to complain to a data protection authority, apply to this data as well.
